I received a gift but my friend does not have the receipt or order number.

Please ask the person who bought you the gift for you to organise a return and to contact us with details of the order. We may be able to find your order in our system but we need more details from you in order to process this. If we cannot find the order number based on the information you provide we cannot process the return with no proof of purchase.

If you have placed an order for a personalised product and have misspelt something when placing your order it cannot be returned. Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

If you have placed an order and have decided you want to amend it, contact us straight away quoting your order reference number and what you would like to amend on your order.

If you order has been processed or dispatched, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return any items that you have changed your mind about. Please refer to the returns tab for more information.

If you have placed an order for a personalised product and have misspelt something and want to amend this and your order is being processed it cannot be amended or returned. Any omissions in telling us what you would like in your personalised order is not the fault of Mantra + Moon.

Will my order be subject charges customs and import charges?

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied or collected by Mantra + Moon. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.

Can I cancel or return a gift voucher?

As long as the voucher code on the voucher you have been sent has never been used we will be able to refund it. Please contact us within 14 days and advise us of the voucher code and we check the code has not been used and then process your refund.

If you received the voucher and it has been more than 14 days since it arrived we cannot issue a refund.

Can I return something that I bought with a Gift Voucher?

If you purchased something on a gift voucher and wish to return it please ensure that you have kept your gift voucher advise us of the code when contacting us to tell us that you wish to return your item(s).

If you wish to return any of our garments or accessories they must be returned to us in the original unbroken packaging, clean, unworn and unwashed and with all the original tags and labels attached.

We will reissue your gift voucher you for any returned item(s) (excluding the original delivery charges and any return shipping costs) as long as they are in the same condition as we sent them. Once we have received the products and are happy with the condition we will reissue your gift voucher. Mantra + Moon do not accept liability for product(s) that get lost in the post when you are returning your product(s). (We recommend that you get proof of postage and follow up the loss of the item(s) with the company that you used to post the item)

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If you order has not arrived within the specified time for your delivery method please check the tracking number provided in the email when your order was dispatched and also do get in touch to let us know that you are still waiting for it then we can also keep tabs on it.

Mantra + Moon are not liable for the late receipt of products or gifts.

Do you offer paper or non-electronic Gift Vouchers?

We offer electronic Gift Vouchers that can be printed out at home so that you can make your gift giving extra special.

What is your UK returns policy?

This Returns Policy applies to product(s) posted to and returned from an address in the United Kingdom only.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If the download does not start when you click on the download links, it is possible that there is an issue with your web browser. You will need to disable any non-standard browser toolbars or add-ons that you have installed and try to download the file again. If you continue to have trouble please contact us here.

My computer says that the file is corrupted, what do I do?

Please delete the file and remove it from your recyle bin/ trash can folder and try downloading the file again. If the problem persists, please contact us here.

Where can I access my downloadable files?

At the top of the website click ‘My Account’ then in the right-hand menu, you will see an option for ‘Downloads’, click this and you will see a list of all of the downloads that you have purchased.

I haven’t received my order notification email. Can you help?

If you can’t see your order notification in you email inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please check that the email address that you entered when placing your order was correct by navigating to the ‘Account Details’ page right here. Failing that, get in touch with us here.
