Join us for an intention setting practice and enjoy some minutes of mindfulness. Our intention is to be mindful of the things that truly make us happy.
It’s easy to overlook all of the small pieces of the puzzle that lock us into the feeling of joy.
Wake up to the sound of gratitude.
Listen to your thoughts and take small moments of appreciation for all of the great things around you.
and move in gratitude towards conquering some of the things that don’t bring out that same smile.
