Life changes often creep up on us unexpectedly, whether they are smooth sailing or rougher than a raw diamond, you will pull through the other side as someone so much stronger and someone who can tackle so much more than you could before.

Change is about learning life lessons that are going to benefit you as you move forwards. It’s about uncovering the beautiful stone that lies underneath the sharp edges.

Sometimes the pressure you apply to change with your thoughts feels like too much but know you can change the way you feel by seeing through that veil of fear.

Changes are often a blessing in disguise. It can just take time to expose the other beautiful facets you may not see right now.

You are exceptional – keep on embracing the shifts.
